Monitor & track project milestones & deliverables. Confer with project personnel toidentify & resolve problems. Mayrequire travelling to set up systems at various client sites across the nation, and performfeasibility studies.

Duties:

Leading multiple projects and spearheads scope finalization, estimation, design, development, implementation and all phases of the project. Using project planning tools like MS projects andmanages projects based on well thought out work breakdown structure, legacy migrationprojects, Digital transformation, Integrations and cloud setup. Develops, communicates andoversees detailed project plans. Ensuring methodology compliance - auditing, phasegates/tollgates and tracking ongoing projects, using the agreed tools, at regular intervals toensure projects are on course and follow the approved methodology. Working closely withstakeholders, sponsors, and clients providing direction to project definition.
